These plans suit service businesses that need calls and quote requests. Online shops, custom apps and booking systems are outside the standard five page website.
When will the site be ready?
Usually about five working days after we have your wording, photos and business details. We will tell you before starting if the job needs longer.
Do I own the website?
You own the completed website files once they have been delivered and all payments due for work supplied are paid. Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we provide the completed files for transfer; hosting and care end when the subscription ends.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Both plans are monthly rolling with no minimum term. Email us before your next renewal to cancel. Your service continues to the end of the paid month, with no future monthly charges or early-exit fee. Domain registration and agreed extras are separate. See the terms for transfers and refunds.
What is the difference between the plans?
Care includes initial search setup, technical maintenance and up to 30 minutes of small changes each month. Growth includes ongoing search and enquiry review, a short report and up to two hours of combined improvement and update work each month. Neither plan includes unlimited work, advertising spend or guaranteed rankings.
Can I pay upfront instead?
Ask us for a separate quote if you prefer to buy a website upfront or need something outside these plans.
What do you need from me?
The basics: what you do, who you work for, where you work and how customers should contact you. Your own photos are best. We can still get started if you do not have everything ready.
Will I rank first on Google?
We can help improve your visibility, but cannot guarantee a position or a deadline. Both plans include initial SEO setup; Growth adds ongoing improvements. Search results take time and depend on competition and other factors. We also make it easy for visitors to call or enquire, but cannot guarantee sales.
